ILR Due as dependant but passport expired

Post by Ade4real » Thu Dec 01, 2011 10:30 pm

Hi, I am due for my ILR as a dependant but my current passport has expiried and I have fly back home to get a new passport issued. However, my ILR is due soon - can I apply for my ILR with my expired passport? Any reference to the Homeoffice website on this will also be appreciated. Thanks all for your help.
