Extending Student visa before award of degree

Post by xtreemneo » Wed Dec 07, 2011 5:40 am

Hello people,
I am in bit of a trouble now.

Student Visa (obtained before CAS system in 2009) expires on Jan 30,2012. :!:
Completed my degree but award of degree is on Feb, 25th 2012 or after.

I am looking to apply for PSW,
Please give me a best option to work out this.

Can i apply for Student Visa for this one month period so that I will be awarded a degree then I can apply for PSW?

or Is it worth a shot to apply by 29th Jan then appeal with the award of Degree on rejection? Can someone tell me how long do they take to reject applications after the application without award degree letter?

Is it even possible to do like this? If i have to appeal, do I have to pay solicitor?

Got two more months, Cannot apply for CAS letters as I don't currently have orginal certificates in hand..

Please reply me
Thanks,
