When can i apply for ILR

I had my visa stamped on 16 jan 2007
i entered UK on 09 Feb 2007 on work permit, changed to tier 1 in april 2009.
My current leave expires in April 2012.
My 5 years are complete 09 feb 2012.
can i apply 28 days before my current leve expires i.e march 2012 or 28 days before i complete 5 years i.e jan 2012 or 28 days before i got stanp on my passport i.e Dec 2011

You can apply 28 days before your 5 years completed.
The question is... to be or not to be....
