what is pre-booked holidays

Could you plesae explain me that what is pre booked holidays, how we can send urgent treatment form for Review for prebooked holidays,
If anybody have used this option then please advice me.

u mean for extension or a fresh HSMP application?

Its not a renewal rather its a review of first refused HSMP application.
Can we send urgent treatment form for review applicaiton of HSMP
if yes can we send the reason as pre-booked holidays
if yes, what proof shall we send,
