Entering the country after 4 months away

Hi all, please can you help.
My question is, will I have any problems entering the country with ILR after being away for four months? Will they care if I have been working or visiting family abroad Will they ask many questions and should I have proof that I intend to remain in the UK?

Has anyone else been away for this long and re-entered with their ILR visa?
