affidavit Letter

Post by pazpatel » Thu Dec 08, 2011 4:07 pm

Hi,

I am UK British Passport holder getting married to a Indian national. I have pretty much got most of my documents read now but someone has just old me about a affidavit letter which I need ti write and get signed by a solicitor, can anyone please tell me if that is correct and what this letter should or needs to include?

I have got my bank statements, emails, phone call records, letter from the back, employment records, council tax statement, letter from my parents, payslips, birth certificate. Is there anything else I need or am missing?

Thank you all in advance.

Hi papzpatel,

I am not an immigration professional. But from my experience I can say that you will definitely need the following:-

1. Photographs of you and your spouse together

2. Rent statement

Best of luck with your application :D
