hi
i am in uk on student visa from 25th may 2002 to 29th april 2012.i am an mba student but i couldn't finish it in time so my uni asked me to retake. but i want to know as on 10 years rule i can apply 28 days before,will it apply to me or i have to extend my visa again.as my wife and a boy 0f 4 years who born here with me and there visa finish same time of me.can the apply with me 10 years rule if elegible.what will be the best option please let me know.

you will have to extend your visa. your wife and boy can apply same time as you are applying
