Expired Passport

Expired Passport

My friend's passport was with UKBA for 1 Year and they rejected his file due to college de listed and now asked her to get admission in new college. She is here on Tier-4 Student Visa.

The issue is one of her dependent's Passport is going to expire on 13 Dec 2011.

What options she has now?
Renew passport will take a while? Approx 2 weeks of time.

Could she apply apply without passport and should she apply with expired passport?

She needs to notify the situation to the home office as they held the passport for so long they can give her 2 weeks as well. The main applicant is more important so either she can send the application as it is with a covering letter.

You may need a good solicitor or they will get a chance to reject the application. Have she found a good college or not.
