Assistance on Tier 1 General Dependant Form Questions

Post by thebionicredneck2003 » Wed Dec 14, 2011 3:21 pm

Hi,

My wife was refused a Tier 1 General visa but received the refusal letter after her visa expired

I would like to apply for a dependant visa for her. I need some help on a question in the form:

6.6 Have you ever been in breach of your immigration conditions for the UK?

Did she overstay from the period she got her refusal letter to when she left?

Thank you for your anticipated help.

Kind Regards

Did she make the application before her previous leave expired on Feb 13?

Yes Lucapooka.

She made her previous application one month before her leave expired

But she must answer yes (and then give details of the refusal ) to question 6.8: Have you made an application to the Home Office to remain in the UK in the last 10 years?
