ILR qualifying period

I got my UK VISA issued in Mumbai (WORK PERMIT) on 25/04/07 & entered UK on 27/05/07 i.e. 32 days after my work permit stamping, I subsequently switched to below mentioned visa categorys.

WORK PERMIT 25/04/07 25/02/09
T2SW (Int Com Tran) 12/03/09 11/03/10
Tier 1 (General Migrant) 13/05/09 13/05/12

My query is... Can i apply for ILR on 28/03/12 (28 days prior to 25/04/12 i.e. 5 years from work permit stamping) Or do i need to wait until 29/04/12 (28 days prior to 27/05/12 i.e. 5 years from my first entry in UK) ?

Can someone please assist.
