ILR Query

Post by shominator » Thu Dec 15, 2011 5:24 pm

I am currently in the UK on Tier 1 General visa. My wife is my dependant.

I am in the UK from 2002 and will be eligible for ILR in September 2012 based on 10 year legal stay. I recently got married and my wife came to the UK on 31st Dec 2010.

Could you please advise if my ILR gets granted will my wife also qualify for ILR?

Could you please also advise if the ILR application based on 10 year legal stay can be processed at a PEO paying the premium fee?

Thanks for your help.

Best regards,

Shominator
