Tier 1 Extensiton Query

Hi All,

I hope anyone can help me on this.My partner's tier 1 visa due for extension in year 2013 we were trying to calculate his points for extension. When we have applied for his intial application he was granted a 20 points( he was 27 ) although processing time was 6 months and by the time we have got visa through he has turn 28. Would he get same points now or it will change.On ukba cal. its says the age when application submitted and other website indicate age now .. can please anyone clarify.
