When to apply for ILR

Hi,

I first came to UK on 10th April 2006 and worked here for an Indian IT company till 01st Nov 2006 and went back to India to support from India. Came back to UK on same WP on Feb 10th 2007 for the same company .Here there is a clear gap of more than 90 days. In 2008 I switched to HSMP and changed to different employer. Renewed my HSMP Jan 21st 2010 to Tier 1. My current Tier 1 General is valid till 13th Feb 2013.

As I knew that there should not have any gap for 90 days, I didn't applied for ILR in April 2011 and currently waiting to complete 5 years continous on Feb 10th 2012.

After Feb 10th 2007, my total absence from UK is nearly 120 days (all paid annual leaves).

Now I have started preparing for my ILR application which I like to apply on Feb 2012.

Hope my background is clearly mentioned above; I have few questions regarding my ILR application.

Can you please let me know when can I apply for ILR? and what should be date to be mentioned in SET O form for the date of first arrival.

I am feeling nervous about this, hence any advice is really appreciated.
