Urgent help Applying for ILR in 10 days

Hi All,
I will be applying for ILR in 10 days. But I found one issue with my Visa valid from date.
My Initial HSMP was granted from 06/02/2007 to 06/02/2009
After that I applied for my extension in Tier1 (General) category , I got my Visa valid till 09/02/2011.
There is no Valid from in the Visa . It says that Visa issued on 09/02/2009.

Will that an issue? I see 2 days gap in expiry of previous visa and next visa issue date?

Has anyone faced this issue before? Any help is much appreciated.

You should be fine, i see no problem with that, provided your applications were sent before your visa expired.

Thanks for reply . I sent the application much before the expiry. I sent all the documents on 02/01/2009 .
