Dependant Children-ILR APPLICATION

I am currently in UK on the HSMP visa, approval obtained after April 2006 but before November 7 2006. I have 3 kids all born here, I understand that they are not subject to immigration control as long as they do not leave the country. Can I exclude them from my ILR application?

I believe you can exclude them from your application and just apply to register them as british citizen once you have your ILR approved.
