ILR 10 Years continuous stay documents

Hi,

I will complete my 10 Years lawful stay in UK on 27Jan2012. Can someone please advise me the required documentation. I have checked the UKBA website and a few other places, but i am still not very clear. Can someone kindly list the exact list that they have used or seen someone apply for this ILR category.

2. Anyways u need the following (based on single application).
Life in the UK test
All the passports u held during that time and biometric residence permit (if u have been issued with one)
2 photos
fully completed form with the correct payment.
