Post by AMirza » Thu Jul 08, 2004 3:23 pm

Hello All,
Do they count "Intership" as work experince? I have 6 months internship and 3.5 year profasional experince as full time emplyee. Can i claim 35 points for my work experince?

PS: My Internship was paid and in 2000 they were paying me RS 5000.

Amirza - you may want to think if what you did during internship fully qualifies for graduate level work criterion.

Also, I deleted your duplicate post in the other topic, since you opened this separate one.

Waiting for reply. Moderators, Can you please give your expert opinion?
 It was policy of company to hire intern and if they perform well, give them status of Permanent Employee.

Moderators are volunteers and they do not work for our hosts (workpermit.com). Advice is given based on our understanding of the immigration rules.

IMHO, Any work undertaken after graduation should be counted towards work experience
