ilr for spouse hsmp jr2

Hi :
I have got hsmp in 2005 (fall under jr2). My wife and 3 kids got dependent of hsmp visa at te same time. They came with me and stayed 3 months in this capacity, and went back to Pakistan. I have been living here, and apllied for flr alone, and finally got ilr in 2010.
Afterward I applied for settlement visa for my family, and there are here on settlement visa.

Can they apply for ilr as dependent of hsmp-jr, right away or do they need to wait for 24 months.
