Hi I am EEA family member, my wife is polish unfortunately we are getting divorce, we have been married for over three years. we were living together in UK more than 5years.
1)if I get divorce what will be my status ?
2)can I do another marriage. if i marry a non-eea national, can I bring her to UK as a dependent to me
please advise

You are getting divorced from you EU spouse and already planning to marry a non EU (I assume someone from the country of your origin) ? I guess you wouldn`t find much of help here.
