Support documents for Tier-1 dependant visa (out of country)

Hi

I will be applying for tier 1 dependant visa (out of country) in few days time in January.

The documents i will be including in the application are

1. Past three months bank statements maintaining 1600 pounds for past three months.
2. Letter from my current employer
3. Tenancy Agreement Form
4. No objection letter from my landlord
5. Past three months pay slips
6. Tier-1 Main Visa photocopy
7. Tier-1 Main First page & Last page photocopy
8. Marriage Certificate
9. Marriage Photos
10. Marriage Invitation Card
11. Sponsor letter from me
12. Cover letter from dependant.

My issues are

1. I am not having a utility bill, can i include my mobile bill as a replacement to utility bill.
2. can anyone also provide me some sort of sponsor letter, employment letter and no objection letter templates.

I am currently having the above listed documents. Please can anyone let me know if i am missing anything.
