Hello,

Am filling the application form for my 4 yr old and confused as to which option should I select for Section 5 Consent to be given to UKBA before requests for verification are sent to the bank.

I have a joint account with my husband where we are showing the maintenance fund for my children. Please let me know which option to sign the consent form in. Whether I should provide my details or give my kids details and sign for her in the signature column. very confused ... please clarify...
