ILR application made, How to change address.

Hi My Documents is with home office at the moment, I have applied for ILR, SET(o) 10 years category in last month, December 2011. I am moving to a new house, so would you please tell me what is the procedure of change of address, as I want home office to delivered my documents to my new address, as from Feb 2012 I will not have any kind of access to my current address, I am starting to live a new address from Feb 2012, please help, thanks.
