ILR spouse dependent visa required documents

Hi,

I have been issued ILR very recently. We were recently married, so cannot apply for his ilr.So I have to apply for my husband on a dependent visa basis. He is in India, he has to apply from there. Could anyone suggest what documents i need to send him. He is to apply for visa towards settlement(as far as i know). I will be grateful if anyone can share information on this.
