Hello I am New Zealander from Australia applying for hsmp

I am meeting all requirments under 28 for HSMP. I would like to apply in
Feb2007 would you be able to tell me the current processing times for HSMP?
Any other Kiwis Aussies there?
Once you get the HSMP for how long is the visa valid?

How long can you be away from UK not to effect your HSMP visa?

if ur eligible under 28 for hsmp. kindly dont delay it. There are some discussion that hsmp selection criteria mite change in march or april 2007.

usually it takes 5 weeks to 14 weeks for a knowing the decision of stage 1 process.

I applied from Australia last year. It took about 3 weeks to get it approved. If you look up the Guidance notes, you should be able to answer your other questions rather easily.

I just read the above post, doesn't the new scheme make things easier? or am I missing something?
