Employment History trouble

Hi,

I am about to apply for ILR (5 year, WP + Tier 1).
As I was missing some P560, I asked HLRC for my 'Employment History', and thankfully I got that in post in 5 days.

But this employment history shows 2-3 months gap in my employment (I was looking for job, this happened while I was on Tier 1).

Does this gap effects my application?

You should be fine.

it does not say anywhere that the person must be on continuous employment for 5 years. Small gaps/redundancy should be fine.

That should be fine Aditipritam .... you only needed to show you were continuously employed during the period of absence if you are asking for some discretion from caseworker ...
