P60s requirement for ILR

Dear forum members,

As I am planning to apply ILR next month through solicitor from Croydon PEO.

I have 2 queries regarding this;

1. I have 50 days gap between my EC(HSMP) and port of entry and no major absences during this 5 years(HSMP 2 years + Tier 1 3 years).

2. I worked through umbrella company for 6 months in the financial year of 07/08 and I have not provided with any document(payslip, P60 or P45) for that period.Since then I have been working in permanent pay roll and I have got all the P60s and payslips.

As most of the threads in this forum as well as case worker guidance answers my first query. But I am bit concerned about my first year P60.

So I request the forum members to clarify me whether I need all P60s for ILR when I applied for same day result.

contact HMRC to get your employment history that should help.

Thanks for the reply. I have contacted HMRC and they confirmed there was no tax paid for the year 2007/08. As per my knowledge there is no LAW to show all the P60s for ILR, but it provides evidence to support your earnings.

In that case whether case worker would consider my case or escalate for further enquiry. Please clarify me.
