Fee debited only for main applicant

Hi,

I posted my application for Tier-1 (General) Extension on 30/12/2011. Home office has debited fee only for the main applicant. They have not debited fee for my 1 dependent.

Does anybody has the same experience. May be its simply a rule that they initially deduct fee for the main applicant.

Any ideas?
