1. All the passports you held during the 10 years.
2. Required photos and fee.
3. Life in the UK test.
4. Fully completed application form.

Follow the link to a detailed explanation on the form and the guidance.

I would also suggest getting SAR from Home Office. Almost every 10 year ILR applicant has got SAR on this forum as it helps you in working out on what dates you were granted visas.

So you can match it with your records and can take care of any mismatch in advance.

Thanks to all for suggestions
SAR will take time as I am applying next week.My case 4 years student,2 years PSW and 4 years 9 months on HSMP and Tier1 with no gaps.
Only twice i applied by post (When i was a student) and i posted much in advance through university but twice there are 8 days gap between visa expiry to visa start date.
I hope every thing will be fine
Please advise me if i miss something

To keep my mind cool-how about applying SAR file after I apply for ILR .I am 99% sure initial 2 visa extension documents posted before visa expiry only

1. Do not worry about the visa start and expiry date cuz as long as u applied before u visa expiry date then it does not matter how long HO takes to give u visa as u leave is extended under section 3C.
2. In u case it is not a gap at all so rest easy.

I am writing LIUK next week.
But confused on the documents list.send only passports+Application form+Photographs+LIUK certificate only or send bank statements and pay slips as well.

Do i need to show I am economically active?
