Proof Of Accomodation for FLR (M)

Post by bobobo » Sat Jan 14, 2012 9:56 pm

Hi All, I have another query, this time regarding the Proof that I need to provide to the HOme Office to confirm that I rent a One bedroom flat from a private tenant.

I have been living here for 3 years, I have the following, will this be sufficient:
1. Original Tenancy Agreement (between me and the landlord, Estate Agents were involved)
2. 2 Extensions MoA signed by myself and Landlord
3. Council Tax Bills

Is there anything else I would need to send with the application, I was thinking of sendding some Pictures of the flat if that would help.

any suggestions welcme, thanks all for your invaluable input

Do you have confirmation from the Landlord that they give permission for the applicant to live there with you?

Yes, the second name is on the tenancy agreement as Permitted residents.

We have both names on the council tax bills as well. would this suffice.
