Hi,

Do we need to provide accounts/P60 for all the 5 years or for last 12 months ( out of 15 ) if throughout you have been on Tier1 and HSMP ( No WP )?

If yes, whether income in previous years matter?

It is advisable to have all P60's with you at the PEO. I dont think the actual in come in previous years is an issue if you can score the required point as described in the SET(O) form.

You don’t need to provide all 5 years P60’s. The last 12 months should be enough. If you are going to POE, I would suggest take the old P60s just in case you are asked (keep them handy at the time of application and don’t produce until asked).

Previous year’s income doesn’t matter. Also keep HSMP and Tier-1 letters handy in case you are asked to show you met the conditions at those times.
