Job prospects for MBA - IT

My friend wants to come to UK. She has done MBA in IT , and has working knowledge of C, C+, Java and is also going to start doing SAP. Please can somebody advice me whether she would be able to get a job here in UK. Also whether it will be easier if she married and came to UK. boyfriend works as a pharmacist (on HSMP) and has no working knowledge of what extra qualifications she will need to get a job here. Finance not adequate to comfortably sustain a family of 2 in UK (debts etc.)

I would be very surprised if she couldn't come over with an MBA and programming skills.
