ILR - Biometric Query!

Post by immitsi » Tue Jan 24, 2012 11:14 am

Hi All,
My ILR is due by 2nd week of March and i'm planning to apply through a solicitor. Since BRP is applicable after 29Feb, Can i send my solicitor for my ILR application or do i need to go in person?

You will have to go in person if it's PEO appointment or to a Post Office near you that offers biometric services if you are applying by post.

Do we have any official confirmation of this that BRP is applicable from 29th Feb, 2012?

In that case, solicitors cant represent anyone anymore for PEO. Is my understanding right?

they can attend to submit your application but you will also need to attend to enrol biometrics, the same is the case for other categories where biometrics are required already.
