I agree with Greenie that you need to seek legal advice.
Having left you with with the above comment overnight, in a final attempt to explain the difficulties with your situation, I'll leave you with these thoughts:
The UKBA case worker may well suspect that you and your wife are simply two 'friends' who married in order to simplify your permanent stay here once your student visa expires. You live at different addresses, although within easy commuting distance. You say that she spends every weekend with you, but you have no evidence of this. Your wife is employed in the town where she is living/studying and a simple check by the case worker will show whether she is working during the weekends when you say she is with you in London.
Her bank statements go to her parents house...yet another address. She has a provisional driving licence and is registered with a doctor's surgery, neither which is at your address. (By the way, the fine for not updating an address on a driving licence with the DVLA is £1,000.).
You have nothing in joint names to show a joint commitment financially or socially (joint gym membership for example), few photos of the wedding and no holiday/honeymoon photos. Case Workers are highly trained to spot discrepancies in an application, and at present you appear to have many which need to be addressed, including showing how you will support yourselves financially. These may all appear to be negative comments, but I'm attempting to show how the Case Worker is likely to view it.

Whatever you do, don't think of applying in person at a PEO.
