ILR - Dependent Enquiry

Dear ALL,

First of all Wish you a happy new year to every one.

I am eligible for ILR in March but i am having query regarding my wife's visa.

She came to UK on March 2011. so, when i change my current tier 1 gerneral to ILR does she eligible for that OR Do i need to apply for any other visa OR can she stay in the current Tier 1 gerneral dependent visa until she is eligible for Visa.

Please Note : Her current visa expires on Nov 2013.

Please let me know your suggesstions.

Once you get your ILR apply for flr(m) for your wife.

And then apply for ILR in March 2013
