APPEAL ALLOWED

Post by nonspecifics » Sun Jan 29, 2012 11:02 pm

I would send an email to the UKBA complaints department for EEA cases:

NWCSU@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

Quoting my case number, name and address and reminding them that my appeal was allowed.

Then I would politely ask when my residence card will be issued ( assuming that is what the appeal was about).

Quite a long time. Writing to them might be a good idea as suggested. If no responce is forthcoming, then perhaps a JR claim might be the way forward.
