Tier 1 dependents-Outside uk - online application query

Hi,

I am applying for Tier 1 dependent visa for my wife and 2 kids online. I am using the link http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/ApplyNow.aspx. In my wife's application it asked for details like whether you have any children and if they are travelling with you. Also entered their passport details. So do I need to make a separate application for my children or it will be covered under my wife's application.

Also I am giving below documents with her application (copy of unless stated original). Do you have any suggestions (my wife and son were in UK in past)
1) My tier 1 residence card
2) All pages of my old and new passport
3) original tier 1 grant letter
4) Bank statements for last 3 months to show balance of 533*3+800=2400
5) rent agreement (it is 1 bedroom apartment shared between me and my friend. but looking for new 2 bedroom apartment on rent)
6) letter from me for invitation
7) P60 for 2010-11, Job offer letter and agreement signed with employer (i recently changed job)
8 ) will try to get a salary slip for Jan 2012 or employment letter from HR.
9) Original Marriage certificate
10) Is lycatalk call history, my photos during my 3 visits to India required to show sustained relationship required?

10) other mandatory things like wife and children's passport, photos, 204000 Rs. fees in cash, printout of online application and acknowledgement email.

Hi, I am applying VISA for my Wife as dependent in March 2012 in INDIA.

My VISA category is Tier-1 General I am staying in UK since more than 2 years. Does she need to show English language requirement. She is Graduate in Telugu medium.
Does English language is mandatory or not for Tier-1 Dependent.

Could you please answer to my question and suggest me.
