Hi good peolpe, when can I apply for PR, I got married in UK to polish lady in Nov 2007 apply for RC in Dec 07 had baby boy in Nov 2008 but the application was refused saying that the married is sham l appeal against them and won my appeal in sept 2011 but till now jan 2012 HO have not get back to or sent me my RC by Nov this year my married will be 5 years when can I apply for PR.

PR can be applied on the 5th anniversary of your marriage. In your case Nov 2012 I would however try to track down why the RC hasnt beenn issued, If you have a reference number contact HO.

thanks yes i have ref number and have been contacting HO but any body that pick up the phone can't give me any respond.
