Before apply EEA FP needs some advice

Hi all,
Finally I am going to apply for EEA FP next week, just need advice on following questions from application form.
1- what is the mail purpose of your visit to the UK
2- What is your monthly income from all resources?
3- Have you deported, removed or otherwise required to leave the country?
4- What are eea national current employee circumstances?

Do you think I need any bank statement even we are planning to go there for 2 weeks time.

Well, I am working but my wife lost job from 1st week of Jan 2012. I was overstated in the UK, UKBA told me to leave the country but I presented students documents and later application refused and appealed. During appeal process I left UK on my own expenses.
Last year applied for general visitor visa and refused, ECO used 3207 B and banned application for next 10 years. ECO wasn’t correct according to what he stated in refusal letter.

That’s history and current circumstances, any advice/tips will be appreciated to handle my scenario.

Your post is not clear are you planning to apply in 2 weeks or go for 2 weeks? Are you and your wife living outside the UK and want to visit or is your spouse in the UK and you want to live there?

Not relevant for this type of EEA FP application.

Answer honestly about your case.

Not relevant for this type of EEA FP application.

Are you suggesting to explain everything in details on a cover letter or just say yes and give the case no as they would have the details and would only stick to their version?
Does these questions need to be answered for ab EEA FP?

Well, if the OP can fit everything he wants to say in the box provided in the form, he can use that otherwise he can attach a cover letter.

There is no point in hiding the immigration history as this will available to the ECO. I don't know the full background of the OP but an EEA FP can be refused on grounds of Public Policy, Public Security or Public Health. Although this is quite rare and the evidence level required is high, his past immigration history might indicated otherwise. However, adverse immigration history on its own is not a reason for refusal.

I can understand all immigration history is already there on their system, my case is not touching to grounds of public policy, public security or public health.
one side is immigartion history (dont sure say adverse or no) but on otherhand my coutribution to the society is quiet impressive, I have all evidences.
I will attach a letter to explain all these points there too.

i think there is only yes/no option, if yes then explain.
i only confused when UKBA told me to leave the country but without any date then i submitted others documents, it took more then 1 year to get any decision then appeal process started. during appeal process i left with my own choice and expenses without any ukba pressure. so what to say
yes or no in above question.
no doubt history is there but legal point of veiw what it will be?

I can't give you the legal point of view but I personally would prefer to say "yes" and explain the case rather then "no" even if you explain your case.

Sticking to the legal definition, in my view, doesn't look good. As the details of your case will be available anyway, I don't think it would harm your case answering "yes" even if you could have answered "no" but it would reflect badly if you answer "no" when you should have answered "yes".

If you want a legal point of view, I suggest you seek professional advice.

Do you have any criminal convictions(including traffic offences)

I dont have any traffic one but what about overstayer? again confusion here

Convictions are given out by courts so if you were not convicted in a court, you should answer no.

It's basically a copy of other forms used for domestic immigration rules. It has not been updated for quite some time (Dec 2008). Use of the form is not mandatory.

Just follow what's required in the directive and regulations. Without being specific to each case - passport (EU), passport (non-EU); marriage certificate (translated if necessary); statement that both will be traveling together...

Technically, the application cannot be rejected simply because the form was not used. The base requirements are as I already posted. However, at the end of the day, it's not that onerous. Any questions that you can't answer simply put not applicable.
