Help - British Nationality

Hi,

In June 2011m I, my wife and my daughter (3 years that time) got ILR status through 5 years of stay in UK. However, since we were expecting 2nd baby, my wife has gone to India on Dec 2011 and plans to stay there till Oct 2012.

Following questions -
1) What will be the nationality of baby born in India (due date March 2012)? Can I apply for British Nationality for the new born from Mumbai?

2) In June 2012, I will be eligible for British Nationality. If I do nationality for me alone, can I apply nationality for my wife and children from Mumbai in October when I go for family visit?

3) What criteria is required for my wife and children to come back to UK in October 2012? Can my wife come back on her gained ILR status in Oct 2012? and What about children?

Any guidance is much appreciated.
