Fiancee visa expired

Post by syncfree » Fri Feb 03, 2012 11:11 pm

My friends fiancee visa has expired a few days ago and she is back in her country now. They are desperate now as they do not know if they gonna issue her a new fiancee visa if she applies again??? So they can organize themselves properly and get married on time within those 6 months.
I am trying to help them any way i can but i could not find an answer to this anywhere,so hopefully someone on here can help me with this.

Thanks

Why didn't she marry in the UK within the given time?

Honestly i do not know the exact reasons as those are their private things, but am guessing it has to do with my friends new job,he recently started and he told me it is quite stress full because he is rarely home now.......but anyway they knew about a possibility of an extension of visa even, however they havent done it and it is too late now.
Do you honestly think that there is any chance of applying again and what are the chances of succeeding?

Thank you

They may apply again. The requirements are probably similar to 293 (Fiance(e)s and proposed civil partners).
