British citizenship after 10 years long residence

Hi I wonder if someone could help?. I have recently granted ILR on 10 years long residence . I understand I could apply for citizenship in 12 months after receiving ILR. Can you advise te procedure? which form to use? How much it cost? Any limitations on travel? Like 90 days? What docs needed? And anything else that is important?
