Hi All,
A very quick question. I'm a dual Australian/Italian national and have taken out a EEA Family Permit for my de-facto partner of over 3 years. It is valid on her passport until 2016. We have resided in the UK since 2005.
We are looking to travel to Italy/Spain to visit family and also potentially to France to watch the Tour De France (I'm a keen cyclist!).
My question is, can she travel to the countries mentioned, always accompanied by me obviously, without having to take out a Schengan visa?
Is it dependant on individual EU country laws or does one EU Law supersede it all? Please provide me a link to relevant EU law if you have it handy?!!
Many thanks in advance!
John
