D5. Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which shows his/her current leave unavailable?
Yes/NO

I cant understand what they are asking....Please help !

are any of the passports that you have used to come to the UK or passports that you have used to extend your leave in the UK unavailable (i.e. missing, stolen, retained by your govt when your passport was renewed?
