true raoms, they are on killing spree by keeping all of us dark. I suggested them to have a status checking site where we all can log in and see whats going on.

All of us are only interetsed in Where is our app? What decision is been made? When is the expected time for processing? etc etc.

neo___x good luck to you dear.
Regards,
Afzal

So much has happened to me in these pas few months. All I want to do is to get out of my dead end job (change over to a new company). But nooooooooooooooooooo they (Home Office) won't let you do it cos you are on a WORKPERMIT grrr...

I haven't been on holiday for the last 7 months (no passports), and in this confusion/'waiting game' I've been delaying my plans to buy a house, while the interest rates keep on rising and now this blasted council tax rise is imminent. Today I read that there will be a further increase in interest rates in a FORTNIGHT to curb rising prices of houses.

since they retained your pasport, it seems that you made it
[Base on the facts as under]

- if they want additional docs they will never send all the documents back, just ask you to send additional docs.

-if they had to reject then they will send a letter saying that you got so much points only and got rejected.

I hope others agree with me.

Dunno what will happen - I have left the judgment to god almighty. If I don't get it , I only have 9 months left before I can apply for ILR anyway.
