Tier 1 (General) Extension - English Language Requirements

Hi:

There's a recent change in English language requirements for applicants extending under Tier 1 (General) that will take effect from 06/04/2012. However, it is not clear if applicants who had already proved English language requirement via IELTS during initial application under PBS, would they still be required to take this test.

Any help in this regard would really be appreciated.
