Hi, the background is fairly simple - I am a self-employed and require to register under the EEA2. I have applied last year but have requested to return my passport and whereby some of the "smarter" UKBA caseworker just returned my file. There is a complaint pending but I still want to register sooner rather than later so hence is the question regarding the same day service. thank youPunjab wrote:whats the background of your case mate>?
I am confused. my assumption was that this is a pre-requisite to making an application to bring your other family members?!Jambo wrote:OP seems to be Irish.
There is no requirement for you to apply for EEA1. From other posts you asked about bringing your relatives over. For that, you are still not require to apply for EEA1.
Hi GreenieGreenie wrote:your assumption is incorrect - you do not need a registration certificate in order for your family members to apply for a family permit - you just need to prove that you are exercising treaty rights.
