student with established presence???? PLZ help

Hi all,

I came to UK in november and the college i came to stopped my course and moved me to another course that i do not indend to pursue.
I couldn't change to any university as the course I wanted to study had only september intakes. I am still in that same college now and intend to apply for september intake in a reputed university. My question is do i qualify as a student with established presence or I have to show the full £5400 + my course fee?

Your help will be much appreciated.

No i will move on this september itself. Its a 3 years course. I do no want to waste money on it, rather be in university.

you will need to show maximum maintenance (£5400 for outside inner london, £7200 for inner London).
