ILR SET 0 query

Hi All

I got HSMP in April 2007 (2year) then extended tier 1 general in April 2009 ( 3yrs) my question is do i need to fill section 9 in Set O form?

Please kindly share your thoughts.

Initial application was in 13 April 2007 but extension was on Tier 1 general in 13 april 2009.

Yes, you do need to fill in section 9 in Set O form as your initial application was approved in April 2007.

Only the people who applied and got their initial application approved before 6 Nov 2006 and got entry clearance on that basis are covered under HSMP-JR and they don't need to fill in section 4 and section 9.

I'm in the initial stage of my ILR application and have a limited company just wondering if I really want to show all 5 years P60 to UKBA or just simply claiming the point to get the ILR please share your experience.
