Premium Tier 1 extension with foreign job/income

I've been benefiting from the information on this forum quite a lot, so I though someone might find my experience useful:

I attended a premium appointment at the PEO in Croydon, had to extend my Tier 1 (General) leave to remain. Everything went smoothly and I was out in 4 hours. The tricky points:

During the past year I was working remotely part-time for a UK-based employer while residing in abroad and spending no more than two-three weeks in the UK in total. This was not a problem for my Tier 1 extension (although I am aware that I won't qualify for ILR), since my UK salary was paid into my UK bank account.

As a proof of income I submitted original UK payslips and duplicate Barclays statements, as well as a letter from my non-UK employer and translated foreign bank statement. I ordered Barclays statements through their call center and they came stamped but not signed - this was not a problem at all. They also contained my foreign postal address.
