10 year ILR Query

Hi all,

I hope i can little help on this please.

I have few query regards to 10 year ILR rule.
I was first landed in UK 08/08/2003 on student dependent visa and visa was due to expire on 30/07/2005.Due to some family emergency i have to be in the home country for 2 months and 21 days.

Before my Dependent visa runs out i cant extending from her as student so went to home country Switch to Student visa.

Got visa from home country with in 1 and half month and landed her back on 01/09/2005.After that i have all renewal done in Uk with out any GAps for student and got PSW untill 31/01/2014.

I wanted to know the gap between student dependent visa and student would be valid as i cant change that from here.

If you left the UK before your leave had expired, then you should be ok.
